Reil Family Reunion; over 100 expected. Planned events for kids: Pirate hat making, Piñata, games, story time with Jackie Sparrow and pics.  Pig Roast with lots of food for all. Pirates invade the party from their own Pirate Boat!

From the Reil Family;

"We can not thank you enough, Captain Jackie Sparrow, Sosafane Slain, (Jeff) & family , Raney, Tipsy Toby , the pirate with out a name, and the rest of the pirate gang for coming to our family reunion. You made it a special event that your family will never forget. Our kids had the time of their lives. Not only the kids but the adults are still talking about the pirates and the water balloons you launched from the pirate boat . What a great day we had and how exhausted you must have been when you returned home. Little Joe and Andrew say lets party again .: Thank you, Thank you!"

March 24 2009 - Grand Rapids Eagles - Charity Event

The Grand Rapids Eagles had a fund raiser for special needs children so that they could go to sports camp. The teams train throughout the year for the Michigan Victory games, a four day athletic competition held at Michigan State University each spring. Pirates attended during the auction and dinner. Attending pirates pictured are Captain Jackie Sparrow, Captain Graybeard and Captain Pete Blackstone, who provided entertainment and mingled, posed for photos, and handed out treasures; with Jackie Sparrow donating a treasure chest full of various pieces of swag for the auction! The winning bidder of the chest then gave it to Mallory! Everyone had a great time, and the fund raiser was a great success, raising over $6000!
